Construction and Photo Update

May 5, 2008: Construction Update:
Fagen Construction has 350 workers on-site working 7 days a week. Piping, insulation, electrical continues. We are Installing siding/roofing, installing truck load out system on the wet cake pad. Cooling tower piping set in rack and being welded together, getting the concrete piers out to the rail load outs. We will begin to start washing down fermentation today. Truck Scale House and Grains office building are nearing completion. We are set for a late May 2008 start up
April 14, 2008: Construction Update:
- There are 360 workers on-site (working 7 days a week, 12 hours a day.
- We are still on track for a May 2008 startup.
- Process Building - Piping, insulation, electrical continues.
- Rail load out – pipe rack is about 75% complete.
- Energy Center – about 90% completed
- The plant overall is looking good
- Grains –started doing some of their electrical checkout; bumping motors, etc…
- Start-up team to be on-site the last week in April.
- Permanent power has been energized
- finishing phase II work
- Rail –still on track to be completed in April.
- Truck Scale House and Grains office building – The scale house; is enclosed with doors, windows, house wrap, and steel siding. Wiring is roughed in, sheet rock is complete, cabinet’s installed, HVAC almost complete; should run the main power today. The grains office footings and walls are poured and backfilled; depending on the weather the slab floor will be poured early this week
